At Stick on Tiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation; if your unused tiles aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and are free from adhesive residue or damage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific quantity of tiles you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused tile sheets in their original boxes to prevent cracking or bending during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the tiles for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
